=decep requested this. Although I think I am far from being someone that should give vector-type picture advice, I hope you find this helpful. ;D It's for people who use Adobe Photoshop and want to make vector-style art. Hence vector in quotations in the title.
You can use this tutorial if you need help with the pen tool. It's the same process as making lineart, only after making a shape and deselecting it, you 'fill path' instead of 'stroke path'. And, note me if you find something confusing. :heart:
